Sleeping Lions

This artwork was a test to let go of my perfectionism. The changes in color aren’t as smooth or detailed as my previous work. It’s a piece that shows my desire for a more impressionist outcome.
Despite the name being “Lions”, this painting shows a Lion and a Tiger, two animals that I’ve always loved but lacked the courage to paint. It was a great surprise to be able to paint correctly the volume of their bodies resting.
